Delivery Vehicle

Depending on the size of your products we will deliver with either our small 3 Tonne Tip truck or our big 9 Tonne Tip truck.

Delivery Instructions

Unless instructed otherwise our normal procedure is to tip/drop on the front verge or on the driveway of the property. If you require your product to be dropped in a specific place we will always do our best to tip where requested, however if our driver cannot access the location requested our only alternative is to then tip on the front verge or driveway.

 

If you are not able to be on site to receive your delivery you must provide delivery instructions and these must be clear and detailed. We encourage customers to provide a map to show exactly where your product is to be placed when possible. 

 

If we are unsure of where to place your product or if there is an issue with your delivery we will call you on the number provided prior to tipping. If we cannot reach you on the number provided or safely make the delivery the product will be returned to our yard a re-stocking and/or re-delivery fee will apply. We will not make the re-delivery until all outstanding fees for re-delivery have been settled.

Delivery Disclaimer

Hamiltons Landscape Supplies - Soils Aint Soils Mandurah will only enter a property to facilitate unloading at the customer's risk and responsibility. On arrival at the delivery location our driver will decide if the delivery instructions provided by the customer are both suitable and achievable. If our driver does not feel he can complete the drop safely and without damage, he will not do so, and this is solely at the drivers’ discretion. Any damage that does occur to a customer’s property during unloading resulting from our driver entering the premises at the request of the customer is solely the customers liability and no compensation for damage will be offered by Hamiltons Landscape Supplies - Soils Aint Soils Mandurah.

Delivery Schedule

We will always do our best to deliver on your requested delivery date and time. To avoid disappointment and unavailability always book your delivery at least 48 hours ahead of time.

 

Delivery Charges

All delivery charges set out in our delivery schedule are for one single delivery only of bulk products. You can view our delivery charges here. If your required quantity of product is above our maximum delivery quantity a second delivery charge is required to be paid. Maximum load specifications for bulk products are listed here. Please note delivery of Paving, Blocks and Water Features, Statues or Pots may attract an additional charge. For more information on delivery of these items call the office on (08) 9581 3833.

Delivery of more than one bulk product in one delivery

We can deliver more than one product at a time however this will mean the products may become mixed when tipping. For more information regarding multiple product delivery please contact the office on
